This eye-catching clip strip display was developed following a briefing by Unilever UK, to a number of companies, explaining the requirement for a solution to hang this product in store.  The requirement was to present the product, without a label, showing the detail of the tin and it had to be easy to remove – without the lid coming off during removal.   The tins had to be secure in the clip strip until such time as they were removed so that there would not be any in store issues for the retail stores these were situated in.  EML Ltd was able to provide, within the time given, 6 concepts and a fabricated model of what they considered to be the best option and tested it rigorously at every stage to ensure it fulfilled all criteria.  A range of headers for the clip strip was also offered to provide variation in the way the product might be presented. Ultimately, EML Ltd’s suggested innovative option was the one selected by Unilever UK.
